"Customer service and trying to call this pharmacy was horrendous. I called twice where I was put on hold for 15+ minutes and then hung up on. The third time I called and a woman named Carla answered and was extremely rude and had a very irritated tone with me when I tried explaining what happened. She told me there was now 11 people waiting in front of me and said well sorry and put me back on hold again. The fourth time I called Carla answered again and I asked to speak to her manager. She raised her voice at me. Thankfully the manager was kind and understanding and helped me. Carla should not be working in any kind of customer service. She was very disrespectful and just plain rude."

"This pharmacy is a joke and outright dangerous! Ordered my refill on 1/27 online, and they cancelled it without reason the same day. Ordered again on 1/27, and it sat "in process - we'll contact you if needed" until it was cancelled again 2/2 (again without reason).Today I sat on hold for over half an hour only to be told that "we like our members to check in before pickup." I waited SIX DAYS for my order to be ready!! Unacceptable and dangerous practices over there. I'm done with this pharmacy, and advise others to do the same."

"Gas lighting staff treats you like dirt and doesn't even fill prescriptions.My GF went there to get a her prescription. Was told it was being filled multiple times for 2 hours. Eventually a pharmacist told her she had half a day left on her last refill so he wouldn't fill it and she would have to come back the next day. He did this because she has tattoos on her arms and he straight up discriminated against her. A kaiser doctor prescribed her this but Kaiser pharmacists think they know better. So insane to me to make someone wait hours during a work day and then tell them to come back tomorrow because you just don't feel like refilling it, not because you cant, because you wont. How is this even legal?"

"I know this isn't going to change anything for the better but here we go.I been waiting on my prescription for over 8 days. I even try to transfer my meds to pick up at CVS. Head pharmacist called over and asked to speak with a pharmacist on hand. They were told they were too busy to talk.I worked at a pharmacy for 14 years and I have never heard of a pharmacist too busy to talk to someone. Total B.S."
